Finance Administrator
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Permanent, full-time

My client is looking for someone to join their team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts payables / receivables function, and other tasks as required by the Finance Manager.

You will be able to work flexibly, and co-ordinate the accounts functions and other tasks as directed by the Manager. These may include payroll, invoicing, car fleet management and other administrative tasks.

Maintain the payroll, and part of the accounting systems, ensuring they are up-to-date from an administrative, operational and billing point of view.

Manage the accounts receivables function, for example, invoicing reconciliations, debt chasing / outstanding, weekly/bi-weekly and 4-weekly routines

Understand how the rostering system works in order to manage the payroll, invoicing, and import / upload functions

Deal with all pay and invoice related enquiries and relevant reports / reporting (eg to HMRC, year end, P11detc.)

Manage auto enrolment process (pensions); petty cash, expenses, shopping money float

HOURS: Monday – Friday 9.00am-5.30pm (with half hour lunch break)
