The Role:
This is a unique opportunity for passionate and energised individual to work as a part of a marketing team, who will be tasked with creating, nurturing and growing a pipeline of leads and opportunities using communication tools and targeted approaches that can be handed over to the sales teams. The focus will be using digital tools such as LiveChat, social media and Loma’s website to proactively seek out prospects, engage online visitors and provide a first-line response to qualify and warm-up enquiries resulting in generation of opportunity. The position will have day-to-day responsibility for developing the lead funnel through into CRM and maintenance of the data to maintain an accurate picture of our prospect pipeline. In addition, the position will help drive sales growth through our online store.

Responsibilities:
– Building a pipeline of sales opportunities through first-line enquiry response with inbound visitors, active outbound prospecting, and nurturing using targeted approaches
– Following up and qualifying warm leads, such as visitors to the website, LiveChat, event attendees, in-bound enquiries, service referrals, etc.
– Administration of lead funnel and CRM databases to ensure accurate picture of the prospect funnel
– Performance analysis and coming up with ideas to improve effectiveness of lead generation activities
– Administration of Loma’s online store and development of campaigns and processes to drive sales growth
– Working with the wider marketing team to identify activities that will drive demand and help with longer-term lead nurturing
– Contributes to digital and social media communication e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, webinars, blog, email-marketing, etc.
– Works with the rest of the team to develop targeted marketing campaigns in-line with GDPR legislation
– Measuring and monitoring campaigns against budget utilising KPI’s and tools (i.e. CRM, Google Analytics) for all marketing activity, providing regular debriefs and reports
– Contacting customers as part of a ‘voice of the customer’ campaign and building leads and opportunities for case studies

Requirements:

Essential
– Outstanding customer service skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills in English language
– Outgoing and strong interpersonal skills, with recognised ability to proactively and quickly build rapport and nurture relationships at all levels – whether by LiveChat, telephone or in person
– An understanding of lead generation and nurturing tactics
– Some familiarity with online prospecting/marketing tools and approaches including LiveChat and Social Media
– Goal orientated and a passion to succeed
– Willing enthusiastic team player with a strong hands-on approach to getting things done and desire to have an impact
– Good organisational skills
– Well-developed analytical skills to measure success of campaigns and tactics
– Proficiency with software tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRM, CMS)
– A technical competence to create a good working knowledge of Loma’s products, markets and applications

Desirable
– A technical qualification
– Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, LiveChat, Google Analytics, and Social Media platforms
– Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial B2B company
– Command of a second language (preferably German or French) would be an advantage
