Perm Executive Assistant
Salary: £25K - £30K DOE

We are working with the leading out-of-home advertising business who are looking to expand their business due
to growth; this is a brand new role for the company.

You will be providing support and assistance to the Managing Director and the Sales Director, as they create and sell campaigns using the innovative portfolio of media assets. They deal with well-known national brands across the UK and their respective media agencies.

They work with clients such as Sky; Clinque; Sony; Red Bull & Jaguar.
If you are a multi-tasker, pro-active with fantastic organisational skills and great attention to detail this could be the role for you!

Desired Personal Attributes & Skills:
– High energy levels – with an upbeat & positive outlook
– Organisational & prioritisation skills
– High level of attention to detail
– A self-starter, with gravitas / natural confidence
– Professional phone manner
– An ability to undertake desk research & extract information from research reports
– A good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word & Excel is essential
– An understanding of Photoshop would be advantageous, but not essential
– To provide a ‘motherly’ presence on the Sales & Marketing floor

Typical Daily Activities:
1. Photography – to ensure campaign decks are produced in a timely fashion & to a ‘campaign budget appropriate’ standard; as necessary, to provide POP shots on smaller campaigns
2. Fusion – input booked campaigns onto the Fusion invoicing system
3. MS Dynamics – system cleansing & management of our ‘live’ database
4. Artwork Co-ordination – chasing design agencies for campaign artwork
5. Mock-Up’s – creation of simple mock-ups to sit alongside new business proposals
6. Quote Generation – to produce basic / simple quotes
7. Campaign Follow-Up – coordination of our aftersales service, including playout reports
8. Venue Briefing & Feedback – to contact venues for feedback on campaigns when needed
9. Presentations – to regularly update sector presentations with key campaigns
10. To support Senior Management & – when directed – the sales team, with ad-hoc requests (i.e. map-point, desktop research)
