Perm Financial Services Administrator – £18K – £20K DOE
Working within a Financial Services team the Administrator will take responsibility for providing an effective admin service to the adviser team.

You will be responsible for:
Producing accurate and well-presented/formatted valuation data and client reports
Identify potential data errors that may impact on the client valuation outputs
Including accurate notes and commentary on income, withdrawals and contributions for all plans and investments where appropriate
Producing fund performance data for actively managed portfolios
Preparing pre-meeting documents, packs and letters to clients
Uploading client documentation to Client Portal
Ensuring an accurate and up to date diary system for annual reviews is maintained at all
Ensuring all annual reviews are completed within agreed timescale, meeting both client’s expectations and TCF requirements
Set diary reminders for administrators to ensure recommendations are followed through
Documenting outcome of all client review meetings on file and database
Liaising with adviser to ascertain client circumstances and appropriate approach for review
Booking client appointment if required, sending client confirmation letter or email, and booking meeting room if appropriate
Attending regular training meetings to maintain knowledge of existing products and services
Working to and striving to achieve weekly and monthly team productivity targets
Occasional ad hoc duties and holiday cover within the Administration Department
Operating at all times within the rules of the FCA and those set out in the firm’s Compliance Manual and subsequent compliance memos

You will have/be:
Flexible
Prepared to take responsibilities
Experience of working in a Financial Services environment is essential
An understanding of platforms such as WRAP, Cofunds, Aegon, AJ Bell
Desirable:

Package:
Hours 8.30am – 5pm or 9am -5.30pm Mon – Fri, 23 days holiday raising to a max of 26 days, Pension scheme, income protection, commission share, study materials paid for and ongoing in house training.
